The idea for Nandini Consulting stemmed from Rohit’s vast experience as a business technology leader in IT infrastructure, business transformation solutions, enterprise application architecture, and providing enterprise-level data management strategies.
His success became prominent from partnering with stakeholders to develop architecture frameworks that align strategy, processes, and technology with overall business objectives. In recent years he has been involved in designing next generation Data Lake based on Hadoop stack. This involved designing big data analytics solutions, data ingestion, data migration and transformation pipelines.
Palak Singh
Director
Data/BI Architect with 13 years of experience working within Banking & IT industry. I have advanced knowledge in data warehouse dimensional modelling techniques and, hands on skills with ETL tool like Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS and BODI on databases like SQL server, Oracle and SybaseIQ. My area of work primarily involves Business Analytics & Insights generation, BIG Data, Enterprise Data integration, Cloud Computing, Reporting and Data Visualisation.
My industry experience spans across financial sector -Investment Banking and Information security, cyber security, Oil & gas, Insurance and Pensions. Stakeholder management, in-depth requirement analysis and ensuring business access to adequate, understandable, accurate data have been my strengths on any project that I have worked on. Assess and utilise the latest `Agile` methodologies to perform as the interface between the business and the technical world; consistently emphasising the importance of cost efficiency and stakeholder engagement.
Amit Kolvankar
A versatile, solution focused and highly qualified Senior Business Intelligence Data Analyst with full life cycle BI experience. A proficient and innovative strategist with a `can do` attitude and a deep understanding of business needs. A motivational leader, with an adept facility to manage change; capturing, analysing and documenting requirements whilst supporting effective communication (oral and written) and full-cycle experience. Able to assess and utilise the latest `Agile` methodologies to perform as the interface between the business and the technical world; consistently emphasising the importance of cost efficiency and stakeholder engagement. Having worked with some of the largest technical consultancies including Oracle BI, Microsoft BI, Sopra, TCS & Avanade, as well as variety of sectors such as Finance, Insurance & Retail, I can act as an effective bridge between business and IT. I have an ability to become an integral part of any team because of my expertise, enthusiasm and adapt new techniques to help my clients & It gives me immense pleasure to see a happy customer at the end of the project.
In my leisure, I like to play sports such as Cricket, badminton & football and also teach the same to kids. I like to exercise and stay fit and also like to travel and understand various cultures of the world and their history.
Paresh Deshmukh

An individual who is highly regarded across numerous industries with IT governance expertise who is adept at building and managing key relationships with stakeholders, vendors and clients, effectively addressing business problems.
An expert in interacting with Board of Directors and C-Level Executives. Highly experienced in identifying and responding to the key business drivers and converting Greenfield sites into matured governance environments. A very influential leader and an effective change manager with excellent communication skills and ability to achieve desired results with a decisive management and leadership style, applying motivational skills and maintaining a positive and supportive attitude to effectively deliver solutions. Works well under pressure and excels in planning and organisation with a great attention to details and a strong capability to view and show bigger picture.
Roy Chandarana
Data Consultant with over 15 years’ experience supporting and delivering major Data initiatives at leading Financial Institutions including Mizuho International, HSBC Global Banking and Markets, Lloyds Banking Group, RBS, Aviva Investors and HSBC Global Asset Management.
In-depth Data Sourcing, Data Mapping, and Data Modelling skill-set with strong knowledge in Data Remediation and Data Warehousing across the Banking and Asset Management sectors. Worked on a number of regulatory projects FDSF & BCBS 239. Good Stakeholder Management and experience in Project Management methodologies.
Poorva Deshmukh
A driven and talented hands-on Information Security and Compliance Professional with more than 18 years of IT experience with more than eight years in process consulting, operational risk, information security, compliance management and data protection. With a software development background, she specialises in Controls in the Software Development Life Cycle, including Data mapping and security. She has good expertise in GDPR as well. She maintains a positive and supportive attitude to deliver solutions effectively. Works well under pressure and excels in planning and organisation with great attention to details and a strong capability to view and show a bigger picture.
